TERMS

- Customer may exchange the item with us within 365 day. Countdown starts from the date you receive the parcel.

- Only selected item are covered under the 365 Day Warranty Plan.

-Warranty is good for a one time exchange only.

-Exchanges are only available for sizes of the same item. Exchanging for different item or cash are strictly not allowed.

-Customer is responsible for postage costs associated involving the return of old goods and sending the new goods.

This warranty applicable for customer who have subscribe to our 365-Day Warranty Plan during the purchase only.
