FAQ
When do I get paid?
Rewards are paid via DuitNow on the 15th of each month, once the order has cleared our return-safety window — 30 days for RM20 rewards, 45 days for RM100 rewards.
What if my friend returns the order?
If the order is refunded within that window, the reward is cancelled. If a refund happens later, we deduct the amount from your next reward.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like — there's no limit.
